Shipping

Domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

At the moment, international shipping is available only for bulk and wholesale orders from distributors abroad. International shipping for retail orders will be available soon.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. You can also log into your account on our website to view order status and tracking information. If you don't receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Some items may be subject to additional restrictions, so please review our full return policy for details. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.

We take great care in packaging your order, but accidents can happen. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. We want to make sure you receive your products in perfect condition.
